Good construction means first and foremost proper study. Proper study means mastering regulations, implementation experience in practice, knowledge of the elements of safety, functionality and economy. Our company covers with consistency all the studies and plans required, by the preliminary design stage to the implementation stage (these stages are described in detail in the individual categories on this site).

All our studies and plans are implemented by qualified and experienced engineers, graduates of Greek or northern European universities under the current laws, building terms,  general and specific regulations, such as General Building Regulation (GOK), the Greek Seismic Regulation, the fire safety regulations, the Construction Specifications Studies etc. Even two years before the apply of the Eurocodes (EC) in our country, our customers were able choose the design of their building according to the new, modern European Regulations. However, since the 01.01.2012 the application of EC is mandatory even though the informal and parallel implementation of Greek Regulations is still allowed. 

Today, we are proud to say that our continuous studying -  over the past 5 years - of the Eurocodes and our experience in studies outside Greece enables us to be one of the few companies in the country, who offer reliable Consulting Services at the highest European level.
