Launched in April 2001,  T&IF Bautech Consulting Engineers® & Partners is a culmination of over 40 years construction building and engineering knowledge. Trained as a mechanical and civil engineers in RWTH - Aachen and University of Patras, our founders guide today a standard Consulting and Construction Company. With work experience in major Greek and German Companies, Ioannis Fragkakis established one of the first private construction companies in Greece in 1975, emphasising in public projects (e.g. stadiums, textile industry plants, public swimming pools etc.).

Today the company covers all phases and stages of design and construction of all kind of private building projects (e.g. topography, interior and exterior architectural designs and studies, structural design, plumping and electrical studies and construction, design and construction of heating installations, construction of buildings with low energy consumption under EU requirements). The design phases cover the draft stage (in order to find the best, safest and most economical solution) to the final phase of implementation studies.

1. Understands customer requirements through personal meetings of our engineers in the company's offices or at the project site. To achieve our project "destination" - a properly commissioned building that results in a satisfied owner - we start all our projects with a detailed and complete owner's project requirements (OPR) document. Our goal is a clear understanding of the owner's definition of a successful building. Without a document that serves as a clear statement of owner expectations, architects and engineers are left to satisfy their own agendas - which may or may not line up with the owner's agenda. So we define the OPR document as a written document that details the functional requirements of a project and the expectations of how it will be used and operated (Guideline 0-2005 ASHRAE). So, the OPR document is of vital importance for our company, because it also serves as a "scorecard" that is used at the project's conclusion to determine whether or not the project is a success.

2. Plans the solution of each application separately (e.g. a whole building or part of it) based on existing requirements and applicable regulations. Our engineers, dimension the application and finaly provide the technical issue and the study plans.

3. Constructs - implements the application through its own workers or other certified freelance technicians and installers.

4. Transfers the project or facility to the customer in full operation, with the guaranteed quality of T&IF Bautech Consulting Engineers®.

Throughout this process the customer has the ability to monitor each step of the construction - installation without "damaging" himself and feeling "lost" in unsolved problems in design and implementation.

Summarizing: Our company designs and constructs buildings and installations for buildings, according to the specific needs and requirements of the customer ("Taylor Made Buildings"). With solid scientific education (qualified engineers with continuous education about modern scientific developments), skilled personnel (workers, technicians with ongoing participation in technical seminars) and a network of suppliers consisting of the biggest names in the market (Daikin, Grundfos, Wilo, Roth, Rehau, Wicu,LG etc.), provides unparalleled quality projects, aesthetics and function in the best price on the market.

What is NOT provided by our company:

T&IF Bautech Consulting Engineers® has never been a mass constructor. It has never built to sell, considering the existing system of mass construction of buildings being a non-quality one, being unfair to both the customer and the engineer. Although we do not have anything personal against those, who are involved in the mass construction system (eg brokers, etc.), we consider that they brutally abused for years the country's building wealth for the benefit of excessive profit.

What does our company specifically provide:

Good construction means first and foremost proper study. Proper design means excellent knowledge of regulations, implementation experience, knowledge of the elements of safety, functionality and economy. We cover, based on scientific knowledge, all the required studies of building projects, from the preliminary design stage to the design stage of implementation. Our engineers are all - without exception -  graduates of greek or northern European technical universities. In this way we ensure the highest level of scientific knowledge in the implementation of such an important customer's investment.

Our company, in addition to traditional supervision, is actively involved in the construction of the building, from the phase of excavation to the final delivery in a "plug and play" state. If the customer wishes another modell of cooperation, we can provide a certain phase construction of the building. In any case, we guarantee the highest possible quality due to the constant presence of our engineers on site and the continuous quality control, the control of progress and the compliance of the security measures of the technical staff. The preparation of detailed contracts between our partners and all stakeholders, regular updating of the customer with written reports on each phase of the project progress, guarantee the smooth flow of construction activity and transparency in costs (detailed meassurement and cost tables) and superfast completion times.

The product of all above mentioned is the construction of buildings with 

• excellent seismic behavior (compliance with symmetries, control of soil foundation, use of quality materials with CE certification, strict supervision of technical staff and construction),
